Delete your account

Request deletion of your BBNeh account and associated personal data. You can start this request from the web even if you no longer have the app installed.

Request account deletion

Send the request from the email address used for your BBNeh account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing deletion.

Before you send

  • Do not send passwords, verification codes, children’s names, photos, or care records.
  • Deleting your BBNeh account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
  • If you can still access the app, you can also go to Profile -> Account & data -> Delete account.

Data we delete

Your BBNeh sign-in account, Supabase Auth user, profile, settings, quick actions, personal records, and account-owned local or cloud data.

Data that may be anonymized

Family records or events already shared with other members may be kept without identifying you, so the family care history remains available to them.

Records we may retain

Billing, fraud-prevention, legal, security, and abuse-prevention records may be retained where required or permitted.
