Account deletion
Email support@bbneh.com from the email address used for your BBNeh account. Use the subject “Delete my BBNeh account”.
If you can still access the app, go to Profile -> Account -> Delete Account.

Password recovery
Open the newest BBNeh password recovery email. If the link expired, request a new email in the app or contact support@bbneh.com.
Subscriptions and billing
If you subscribe through Google Play, manage, cancel, or restore your subscription in Google Play subscriptions. Deleting your BBNeh account does not automatically cancel billing.

What not to send
- Do not send passwords, verification codes, children’s names, photos, or care records.
- Support may ask you to verify account ownership before changing or deleting account data.
