How BBNeh handles your data.

Effective date: June 19, 2026. BBNeh is for parents, guardians, and caregivers age 18 or older. It is not directed to children and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice.

Public policy

Data we process

Account data: email address, display name, avatar, and sign-in identifiers.
Care records: feeding, sleep, diaper, medicine, vitamin, growth, and other information you choose to record.
Family sharing: family members, invite codes, shared records, and author identifiers.
Images: photos you choose to add to events.
Device and service data: notification tokens, language, theme, sync state, and necessary error information.
Purchase data: product identifiers, subscription status, and expiration time. BBNeh does not store card numbers or full payment credentials.

How we use data

We use the data above to provide sign-in, sync, family sharing, reminders, exports, subscription benefits, and customer support. We do not sell personal data and we do not use care records for ad targeting.

Third-party services

BBNeh uses Supabase for authentication, database sync, file storage, and necessary backend functions. BBNeh also uses Google Sign-In, Google Play, and RevenueCat for sign-in and digital subscriptions. These providers process data needed to deliver their services under their own policies.

Retention and security

Data is retained while your account exists and access is limited to you or members of the same family group. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. After account deletion, personal profile and personal data are deleted; shared family records may be anonymized so other family members keep their care history.

Your choices

You can view, edit, export, or delete data in the app. To delete your account, go to Profile -> Account & data -> Delete account in the app, or use the web account deletion page.
